GoHighLevel (CRM & Marketing Platform)

We use GoHighLevel to manage our customer relationships, schedule appointments, send emails and SMS messages, and host our website forms. Your contact information and form submissions are stored in GoHighLevel’s secure servers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymous data about your visit, including pages viewed, time on site, and traffic sources. This data is used to improve our website and marketing. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Calendly / Scheduling Tools

When you book a strategy call, your name, email, and phone number are shared with our scheduling system to create and manage your appointment.

Roth Blueprint

If you proceed to a strategy call, certain information about your financial situation and retirement goals may be shared with Roth Blueprint for this purpose.

Email Service Providers

We use email service providers to send transactional and marketing emails. Your email address and name may be stored with these providers for the purpose of delivering communications you have requested.

7. Data Retention
